Soundarya is leaving no efforts to make ‘Sultan The Warrior’ a product that will be termed as an animation movie having the same kind of standard shown previously by all the hit animation films created by the leading film and animation studios in the world. For giving a particular action scene the maximum perfection which can be achieved, Soundarya along with the action choreographer of the film Peter Hein have gone to Vietnam. The action scenes which will be shot in Vietnam will not be seen in the film as everyone knows the film is a fully animated one and do not require real actors. The head of Ocher studios and her team of technicians are in Vietnam to shoot the action shots just for using it as reference points for similar scenes to be shown in ‘Sultan The Warrior’.But then why Vietnam and why it is being shot using some fighters of that country when there is enough and more facilities and junior artists right here in Chennai, is a question that can pop up.
The native fighters who are participating in the action scenes can be only found in Vietnam and they are the only ones in the world who are capable of doing the action scenes which are required as per the necessity of the story of ‘Sultan The Warrior’.These fighters are labeled as guys who can even challenge the laws of gravity and come out with stunning, unbelievable flexible movements as never seen before.’Sultan The Warrior’ is already hot in the film circles because of the reason that Superstar Rajinikanth will be seen in a complete 3D animation avatar for the first time. Now this news of this variety action scene has added up to the excitement surrounding the film.
Vijender could not be the alchemist and turn his bronze into gold but on Friday’s semifinal defeat could not deny him the honour of being India’s first Olympic medal winning boxer.Cuban Emilio Correa Bayeaux simply outsmarted the Indian 8-5 to win the 75kg category semifinal in a comprehensive manner and the outcome meant Vijender had to be content with the bronze, which he was already assured of.
The Cuban negated Vijender’s height and reach advantages by playing from a distance. He simply did not allow Vijender land a single blow in the first, third and fourth rounds.Even two penalty points in the final round could not make any difference for the Cuban had tilted the game in his favour a long away.Surprisingly, barring the second round, Vijender held himself back throughout the bout and mostly sprayed his punches.
Persistence. Genetics play an important role in muscle development. You may work for months to increase an inch of your biceps while your friend may do it in half the time. So never give up.
Never over-train. Overtraining simply strains the muscles, tendons and soft tissues too much that they don’t recover. Train with weights in which you face a moderate resistance.
The pump is useless. When you lift weights you will notice that pump in your muscles. Your muscles become tight and swollen and it feels good. The next day they are back to normal. This does NOT mean you are under-training and you need to increase your workout. The pump has nothing to do with muscle gain or strength.
Listen to your body. Although slight pain is common after exercise, severe pain means you have overtrained. Rest for a day or two and give a break. Never train through pain.
1. Train for strength. Increase in strength is increase in muscle; and not the other way round. Start with light weights and progress gradually. Do not train for looks.
2. Eat right. Eat proteins, fruits, vegetables with each meal. Consume 5-6 small meals once in every 3 hours to maintain a healthy metabolism. Drink plenty of water.
3. Sleep. Muscles need rest to recover from strenuous workouts and the best time for that is during sleep. Remember that the earlier before midnight you sleep the better.
4. Balance your workouts. Focus on balanced development of muscles. Chest workouts must be balanced 1:1 with a back workout; abs with lower back; biceps with triceps etc. This will prevent structural imbalances and posture problems.
5. Compound exercises. Compound exercises involve a lot of muscles and build strength. Muscles are designed to work together and not in isolation. Isolated training of one muscle/day is a waste of time and effort in the long run.
6. Learn Proper Technique. Decreases the risk of injury and pain.
